Delete your Facebook or Instagram data

When you message the Hostas on the Bluff Facebook Page or Instagram account, we keep a copy so we can reply. That copy is the message or comment, the name Facebook or Instagram sends with it, and our reply. We use it only to answer you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for ads.

Ask Facebook or Instagram

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites.
2. Find Hosta Helper 2.0.
3. Remove the app, or send a data deletion request.

Facebook tells us. We then delete that person’s messages, comments, and customer-service ticket, and this page shows a confirmation code.

Or email us

Email orders@hostasonthebluff.com with the subject “Delete my Facebook or Instagram data” and the name on the account. We delete the same records.
